All students notified as eligible for the award of any Degree/Diploma of KAU and have not been awarded the Degree certificates shall apply for Convocation - 2023. The participants in the convocation shall observe the formalities prescribed by the University. Application fee of Rs.2000/- for UG and Diploma Programmes, Rs.2500/- for PG and PG Diploma programmes and Rs.3000/- for Ph.D programmes for the student who receives the degree in person and an additional amount of Rs.500/- for receiving the degree in absentia, plus Rs.250/- for an accompanying person has to be remitted at KAU in QR Code payment/ by online banking/ SB Collect to Current Account No. 37717131528 IFSC Code: SBIN0070670. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Fee once remitted will not be refunded. All eligible candidates should apply for the convocation to obtain the degree certificate. Hereafter, degree certificates shall be issued (either in person or in absentia) only at the time of convocation. The candidate should submit the online application on or before the last date prescribed in the notification and take a copy (PDF) of the same for future reference. There is no need to send the printout of the application to the University.
